Recipe: Peach Shortbread →
Made this for EEP Dinner last week. I used a scant cup of sugar and about 1.5 peaches. I froze the butter for about 40 minutes; it was still mostly liquid under the top solid layer but it combined well anyways. My peaches all turned brown by the time the shortbread was done cooking and I’m not sure why. The first cup of butter I browned I had knocked over when closing the freezer door so...
